You obviously need to talk to to your AM before sending leads to them. Transparency is key.

Those restrictions are there because many people have abused the same old job/apt CR method in the past and it did no good to advertisers.

Nice method - thought of some of my own twists to this that I am gonna try out.
 
Thanks OP the method is solid and will work BUT you need to read the rules of your CPA ad make sure you don't get banned and loose money

First time I saw the method, I loved it. Now I have problems with CR approval, I gave it a shot but they refused to accept me :( Now Im viewing AWM's offers list, but nothing comes to my mind.

Sounds like a solid method.
 
Why not call agents and ask them for permission or maybe send them an e-mail? I bet they're constantly checking it. I can guarantee they will read your e-mail thinking you might be a potential customer and 90% of the time will allow you to put their listing up on your site in hopes for more clients.
 
Me and my brother want to try this method here in Belgium.

I already registered a domain, and am ready to set up a wordpress site.

BUT, there is something crucial about this proces I don't understand, and that is how you earn money with it.

I do not understand step 4 :
Step 4.

On the " More details " page, you will add the picture again with all the details and also add a contact form. Enter the contact email address of the owner/agent/landlord so that they will receive all the inquiries. Now on this page you will add some text which will suggest users to obtain a copy of their credit score.

Ex. Most landlords request a credit report. If you do not have one, click here < your cpa offer>.

Can someone explain this exactly how to do that?


 
I think it's tipically for us landlord, in France or belgium landlords don't need that because we can sell house/apartment with a special closure of the credit's approval by a bank.
Then if landlord sell his apartment he knows that it can be good only if the bank is ok to loan for the buyer.
Whereas in united States, you can have a paper which says that you can borrow for buying this apartment.
So try another cpa offer like "meilleurtaux dot com" which give the buyer the best loan rates for buying this apartment.
 
Looks like this method will work great! Your only source of income is Adsense, yes?
 
Is there a good theme to make this automated as it gained popularity so we don't have to do all the posting and eventually just manage the site and try to attract folks to post their rentals, etc?
 
part 2 and 3 where's spending 1 hour a day doing manual copy/paste can be easy automated by api or/and rss
and isn't it craigslist same thing ?
