I've got another twist to this method for the noobs who can't afford a domain name and hosting and for the lazy who CBA to create a site. It just depends on if it makes you feel guilty as this twist involves lying.

Instead of the apartment niche go for the employment niche. Everyone is looking for employment, right? So you just post any job that sounds attractive but believable (not some spammy looking shit), then when people start replying to your ad (which they will as the employment niche has tons of traffic), so once they start replying you make up some more crap about what the job involves and then ask them if they are ready for the next step of the application process. Then wait for them to reply and once they do you can do any of the following:

- Find a relevant survey CPA offer, then they fill out the survey thinking it's an application form

- Tell them they need a credit check done with your special company (there's nothing special about it but they won't know this)

- Tell them they need to watch a video to see the application proccess then change a random video file to an unopenable file and tell them they need a special media player app to open it, there's many CPA offers where the user only needs to download a media player and you get $1.25 per install (AWM has this offer)

The list of ways to convert these people is endless, above are just a few ideas that work pretty well. Of course not everyone is going to convert as many people won't fall for this. This twist isn't for the care bears, but it will be good for noobs who are desperate to earn quick money without needing to have a site, you can send a direct link to your CPA offer and blank the referrer. Anyway I'm just thinking out loud here, thanks again for this method OP, the opportunities are endless...

Thanks for the post. question, do you think since this is geographically dependant method. will mobile app and text marketing work in promoting the site? I had looked into mobile marketing a couple of years back but decided against it. now i am looking at it again.

Bookmarked. Squirly, I just wanted to say "thank you" for this post. It helped get the mind juices flowing!
I've been spending time writing and promoting my Amazon website, but I've got a great way to spin this idea and have already purchased a domain name.

After reading you title... Yeah become a CEO of big multinational company that would do it :D

great idea man... thx for sharing, these are usually just scams but yours seems legit

Not asking to be spoonfed, but curious which classifieds do you recommend?

The best part about this method is that if everyone just tries it on the community or city they live in, this will never really become entirely saturated. I mean, there's always going to be one city someone hasn't gone hard on with this method...

There's billions of classifieds out there, pick 3...
Him telling anymore of this method wont benefit anyone. It'll ONLY open up the doors to more noobs to the method who will ruin it...

Yeah, I agree. OP has laid pretty solid foundations for the method to be twisted and developed.

BassTrackerBoats also contributed with a pretty full frame of thinking, which could guide even the
most noobish of people. And going more thorough than that will not add value but will only saturate
the scene.
And even if we disregard saturation, if we say that it is most unlikely to occur, leaving minute
details, like which classifieds to use or which WP theme to choose, to trial and error will only benefit
the people that would try this method because that would serve as a creativity boost and they will
find the best twists.

Craigslist gets the most traffic by a large margin but it's also the hardest to post on. Not that this is a bad method, but what most people will quickly discover is it's difficult to scale this method. You'll end up spending a lot of time and money dealing with ghosting, flagging, new PVAs, and avoiding spam traps. I know there are some people on here who are very successful with CL but they're the exception and they have lots of experience and time/money invested in the proper setup.

By the way anyone looking for a twist may want to consider the car sale by owner section instead and create a site listing local cars for sale. You can push credit score offers there too as well as other high paying offers such as insurance and loans and that section gets loads of traffic.

Or go for a section completely untapped by marketers where there's lower competition and less restrictions on spam so that your ads will be more likely to stick. For example go into the pet section and create a site listing all the local pets for sale and adoption. Lots of traffic in that section and thousands of relevant offers to choose from. Just quickly glancing at offervault, there are some offers paying $40+ per lead. Whatever you do I just urge you to test different approaches and add your own twists to this.

I have been a ghost reader for a while now, so please do not mind that this is my first post.

i am vry interested in joint venturing with someone regarding this, i actually develop real estate websites as my day job and i have already set up a wordpress based real estate rental website that i want to use to pursue this scheme.

please find me on skype: pejy87 if you are interested in pursuing a Join Venture on this, i already have some unique twists we can take advantage of.

Or just sit down and use your OWN brain for a sec.

Not until one TRULY begins to learn their target market will one know how to scale and actually start to make any real money. Even if you get 'lucky' blindly following instructions step by step, still scaling will ALWAYS be beyond your scope, as you will not know how to scale (let alone what bait to use...)

It's like going fishing and not doing proper research about the fish you are going for beforehand. How in the world will you catch striped bass with a pole set-up to catch cat-fish??

You might say "Oh well i'm going for whatever will bite..." (meaning whatever will make you some quick money), but just like fishing, the wrong bait will also not attract a certain fish, much more, using the same types of bait/lures will actually not work with all fish, as they attract other kinds that may actually scare away a potential catch. (Same with IM, Girls, etc... It's about being in tune with your desired catch.)

Don't get me wrong, noob tips are essential, however Knowledge, Research and Testing are the golden keys that will turn you into a TRUE 'Fisherman' (of anything you desire I might add...)

But how would you know just following noob tips to the letter all of the time??? (You won't...)

what makes this so different from other website/adsense methods? I think this guy Is f.o.s

Anyone else trying this method? Almost finished my site - can't believe how long it took to make! It looks professional enough though, I took my time with it.
