I have no idea what to write on my "Privacy policy" and "Terms and conditions" page. Any help?

Amen to that. Its amazing how people do not appreciate good info. The OP posted this to give you an idea that you can change and tweak and make your own. so do not go looking for a step by step process or spoon feeding for that matter. You have the dots, just connect them.

Great Method op..

People please stop trying to be spoon fed the op gave BHW a great method that you could use as a guide so twist it up. Use your head and put a bit off effort. As for the time line you shouldnt be expecting to make $4000/month in like a month lol. I wish you all success when you TAKE ACTION

When you post on classified websites, do you post an ad for a specific property and then include a direct link to the same property (but on your website) in the description?

Well, my question is, how to get your site visited?

Normally, if someone is looking for real estate/apartment etc. he just goes to cl or similar big sites and not to "sanfranciscoapartments.com".

Step 6.

Promotion. Now you are going to promote your website like mad. Start posting in classified websites all your listings. The more, the better. If you cannot post links in your ad, just simply reply to them by email with a link to your website.

So you suggest I should post an ad on e.g. CL with my website link? Well, really not sure if this works, especially because my page will consist of CL ads .....

Well you would get the listings from a different classified site and then post those ones on CL. At least that's what I'm attempting to do, but I'm having other problems.

Most of my ads were taken from CL and reposted and never had any trouble. Agents/landlords always thanked me.

It was this answer in the FAQ that made me weary of doing that.

"Can I post ads on craigslist on behalf of others as a paid posting agent or posting service?

Unauthorized posting agents/services are prohibited. Violators agree to pay CL liquidated damages for each posting."

NIce Method OP.. I will bookmark this thread and will try to do more twist on this method.. great job OP..

Interesting, original method. I will give it a go and update with results. Thanks

Nice twist on a method that's damn near as old as CL itself.

Biggest problem isn't finding offers, it's finding networks that will actually pay you for this type of traffic. Never mind the fact that nowadays it seems most CPA networks want you to damn near get on your knees and blow them to be "allowed" to join.

This traffic seems a lot more legitimate than some of the other stuff I've seen people bank off of with CPA.

I've been meaning to give this method a shot for a while, hoping to see some results from others on this thread!

He has a point about CPA networks accepting this kind of traffic so you do want to check with the one's you work with and see if it will fly with them.

Don't thought with this method before this, great idea. I definitely will try and come back later. Thanks

The way I see it is people going to the website are useful leads for the CPA company, since they genuinely need the offer we're linking to. Why does it matter that it comes from a classifieds site? They need credit scores to get into the rentals on the site. It only makes sense.

This is a really nice twist to an old method, thanks OP, i will be testing it really soon.
