You should try hemisync. Pretty awesome soundtracks that drive your brain into different states.
have you ever fallen or tripped in a dream and wake up right away feeling the impact of the fall or the sensation in your legs from tripping?
P.S. Inception is now i think my new favorite movie of all time
I use to be way into lucid dreaming and astral projection. It's interesting to wakeup in a dream, and to know that you are dreaming. Lucid dreams can be used to spark out of body experiences (OBE). My first and only OBE happened through a lucid dream. When I woke up in my dream, and started to call everything in my dream world BULLS##T. I was like No way this is real, this isn't logical, I must be dreaming. From there I consciously used my dream world to fly around and do stupid stuff. When I decided to go back to my body, and wake up I couldnt because I had sleep paralysis--- I've had sleep paralysis several times, but this time was different. As I pushed against my bed to try and wakeup, I felt my etheric body sink through my bed and to the floor, then I was jolted back into my body.
Fun stuff.
BTW Lucid dreaming and astral projection are not the same thing. OBE's have different levels.
ugh, i hate the dreams that i have early in the morning, where i'll do my whole day in my dream, or usually up until noon, and then i wake up, and here i am still thinking that it's noon, and i got all this stuff done that i had planned to do, then i realize it was all just a dream.
or the dreams that are really weird are the dreams within a dream. where like, in your dream, you go to sleep, and you have a dream. so that in the dream (within your real dream), you're aware that you're sleeping, and that you're having a dream, but you're completely not aware that none of it is real. heh, if that made any sense at all. toldja, it's weird![]()
