Lucid Dreaming

i was into that too. but the sleep paralysis scares the shit out of me. i can't sleep on my back for that reason. i have noticed over the years if i have caffeine at night than i am more likely to have a lucid dream. lucid dreams are cool i just don't want the sleep paralysis that often comes with them.

Yeah it's crazy. I always try to tell myself to push against the bed to wake my body up. I always have them while sleeping on my stomach. I couldn't imagine having one on my back-- must feel like death.

My wife sees those type of dreams every night, she sees all kinda cool stuff. She says to sleep is like to go to a movie theater. Some times when I wake her up, she tell me to hold on, cause she has to finish the dream, she can totally control when she sees them. She fly's in her dream too. Some times I feel jealous

It's very real and quite awesome. When you can control the dream it's a great opportunity to do things you could never do otherwise. Too bad we can't video capture dreams.

Since trying to get her in one of those dreams....

...i dont try it anymore, because im scared the creation of the potential granny 5-some was by my own brain. And this scares me more than the possible sleep apnea that might accompany it.

dreaming about work through the whole night definitely sucks
