i was into that too. but the sleep paralysis scares the shit out of me. i can't sleep on my back for that reason. i have noticed over the years if i have caffeine at night than i am more likely to have a lucid dream. lucid dreams are cool i just don't want the sleep paralysis that often comes with them.
Yeah it's crazy. I always try to tell myself to push against the bed to wake my body up. I always have them while sleeping on my stomach. I couldn't imagine having one on my back-- must feel like death.
