Low submission rate on my scraped targets?

I use Scrapebox with footprints, keyword list, semi dedicated proxies etc.
I usually let it run for 24hours and get a huge list of sites
I scrape for:
Web2.0
Wiki
Article
Bookmark

However, when I move on for submission in Licorne AIO I have a ridiculous low submission success rate?
Any advice on how to achieve a better submission rate?
or
Can you recommend any good list of scraped target sites, I can buy which are not spammed to death already and which can give me a better submission rate?

Look for sites selling auto approve scrapebox lists (for blog comments) and any other type of backlink you are looking for. If you can get a good list, you'll achieve better submission rates.

The problem of buying already scraped URLS is that we don't know to how many people someone is selling it.

Take a look at Footprint Factory (FPF), they have a BST here. It's great for creating your own footprints.

Yes, auto approve lists is the best solution.

Most of the auto approved list are spammed.

I have no experience with Licorne AIO but with GSA i get average 4%-5% links verified out of my raw scrapped list with Gscraper.
