- The website forums are down
- The website support system gives a 404 error when submitting a support ticket.
- I've PM'd Deleted member 752298 2x via BHW with no reply.

I am not aware of any social media channels.
What else can I do to try to reach him?

I extended our team with two extra developers to take-over different technical tasks including a 24-hour follow up of all outstanding issues. We are working through a stable situation. The good news is the entire service is restored and 11.3k items have been added. All login problems are resolved too.

We're working towards the 25k items again. If you require any support, I'll handle it appropriately and within 24 hours.
