Lost access to my old Facebook account

I lost access to my old Facebook account, I lost both the phone number and password, is there any solution to get it back or at least delete it

You can report to Facebook about the status of that account. Announce: "My account was stolen, they changed all my access information. I want to block that account" then send them information about that account, maybe documents. personal. And you will be able to delete that account
 
I have the same problem as you. I went to facebook help center and I got it back. If you're new, message me and I can help you

NO email access too?
 
You don’t have access on your email or Phone number? If you have just click on forgot Password and change the password as well. Hurray you finally get the full access of it.
 
You can contact support, with your personal information. You should use 2Fa security and email to avoid situations like this
 
You'll have to have at least some proof of ownership of the account, or something they can verify. Otherwise, you'll want to contact their support staff for assistance in getting access to or have it deleted. Don't keep your hopes up for either of those.
 
You can contact Support team then send them document to prove that account is yours.
 
That's bad. Do you connect the account with email? You can get it back by email
If not, texting the FB support center is the only way
 
You can contact with support Facebook to help you by find "support facebook" on google and fill the form and wait to 24-48 hours staff will contact with you
 
I suggest you to contact support team and then decide for your query.
 
If you still have access to the email you registered with, you can contact support. There should be a way to retrieve the account, it might be using your ID.

It's closed more than a year, I don't have access now
