Lost $400+$100 with @Josh Butler

I ordered a account that i can make unlimited vcc and use for Paypal and Etsy. I paid $400 to @Josh Butler and that guy gave me "paywithmoon" account
I deposited $100 as a test and created a card
I tried with that card with
Etsy
Paypal
Neteller
Not worked, when i asked him that how may i withdraw money that $100 from there he tried to exchange and card declined.
He said to me few days ago that he finding the best solutions but nothing could happened so far and now he completely ignored my massage

6. If you take a look all of these conversation you will understand that these vcc are useless and it wasn't delivered as advertised,
because if you are not able to use card then that account really useless
i sent him $400 USDT with binance (payment proof screenshot 7)

As per my sales thread and advertisement, I did send you a VCC account that let you create unlimited vcc that can be topped up with bitcoins. You never asked me if the vcc are applicable for your specific needs. That's why I offered to give you an alternate account that works for your needs. But looks like you are not wiling to cooperate.

There are many red flags, show the mods @BassTrackerBoats the red flags.

Its not fair to provide free platform " paywithmoon " account in 400$. Its just a waste of money. Its not work in many platforms+ we also not possible to sell cards. Because when you add card. They shows paywithmoon name. So remove this from your thread or make 10$ price for account. Because all able to reg even with fake email
