Looking for Marketing Expert


I have a B2B Industry website which is ranked very well in G. The webpage content classified ads, industry news, directory and video and more unique stuff, which makes different from the other entire website which is in the same industry niche and make a lots of money from similar services.


I need someone who help and give me an advice what I need to change so I can get more people posting ads and advertise on my website.

I can't believe is not any good experienced marketing expert in this forum who can give me an advice what i need to change with my website so i can get more people get active to post more classified ads. Now i have around 800 - 1000 visitors mainly coming from search engine like G. So anybody for advice?
