Hi,
I am Looking to hire a manager.
You must have following skills and prior experience in below:
We don't mean full time means x number of hours. I and my existing team, each individuals are working for 96 hours a day, and 1000 hours a week. That means, we are 24x7 on the work, either physically or mentally, and that too 4x speedier than anyone else. This is going to be our initial core team and so looking someone who is and can fullfill responsibility along with tasks.
Salary - INR 16,000 Fixed monthly or INR 4,000 Fixed Weekly.
Initially payment will be through truelancer as it is our preferred portal to hire VAs and make escrows. Please don't consider this as you will be mere a VA, but consider that it is as equal to how you would do a job in someone's office, dedicatedly and sincerely.
Answers to Recently asked questions: (reason of editing this is I myself wrote this post, but i myself not able to reply to questions been asked in my own post)
-> If the manager / employee i hire through here is great and proves me that he or she is doing good, gives me required results, tasks accomplishments, achieving KRAs; virtually he or she can work. Even if someone wishes to work from my office, it is most welcome.
-> Yes INR 16000 means $250 approx (actually its somewhere $250 to 280)

- Understanding of business, how the internet world works, SEO, social media, marketing, sales.
- Understanding of how the sites like yellowpages etc works.
- You must be able to understanding website / technology requirements, setup basics to intermediate things of your own and able to manage my developers and designers to get the advanced customizations done in case needed.
- You must be able to generate, compile the database of our targetted geography and niche specific / industry specific as needed to meet our marketing requirements.
- You must know how to do email marketing, social media marketing, community managment and further marketing insider to community.
- You must speak and write better english.
- You must be great in doing marketing and sales over email, social media and over webinars.
- You must be great in telecalling, closing sales on phone.
