after the last youtube update my provider set the average of watch time on 100s, i tested a lot of sellers they said they have high retention but i got the same results (100-150s).
any recommendation?

I need recommendation, as i said i tested a lot of them and i got only (100-150s) even they said high retention.

100-150 secs watch time that is very poor.That will make your videos look like shit in Youtube's eyes.I'm still looking for views myself as well.
