Looking for Wordpress Developer who can help me fix a quick problem

Hi,

I am looking for a Wordpress Developer who knows how to edit plugins, as i have a plugin that needs some editing. The plugin "problem" is specfically on the cart page. Whenever the mouse moves the Textbox disappears and when i refresh the page with the entered textbox, then the textbox cannot be changed anymore. I would like someone to fix both of those things so that:

- The textbox is visible, even when the mouse is not hovered over the textbox.
- The textbox can be edited at any time (even after refreshing, without making the plugin unuseable)
