Hi i need help with my WP site ,i need to copy my old site and move hosting, and make few changes to the site and add the woocommerce plugin, will pay for your time and work please PM me or comment below need this done asap thanks.

Is your theme woocommerce compatible? Not all themes are, if it isn't then it can get very expensive to make it compatible.
Would be cheaper to change themes

duplicator plugin would do that for you and it's free from wordpress.org

Think about changing themes, it's easier and cheaper.

Duplicator will make an exact copy of your site - everything including databases etc, so yes it will do woocommerce.
You can duplicate the site then add woocommerce after if you like
