Looking for website built focused on local offline business generation- Initial fee + rec

Highly interested in a SEO optimized website built for lead generation for a local offline business. Looking to get traffic from social media sites primarily and grow a local email list for leveraging referral program campaigns.

Industry is fairly competitive but on a local scale has not captured the social media presence.

Ideally looking for someone to stay on and maintain the website and depending on the results produced opportunity to grow to other markets. Would like to work a deal for initial fee + monthly percentage of all sales brought in. Estimated sales percentage on the low side $2000-$3500/month based on other similar models. Goal is to grow into 5 other local markets within in first year once the model is ironed out.

Also considering any other lead generation targeting local consumers B2C market.

Is this local market a large one? Why social media instead of local organic rankings?

Local organic rankings have some big money corps fighting for top spot. That would be great but I believe Social would have more immediate results plus with social media pages link that also get traffic, they can be leveraged for more sales through campaigns

Of course goal is to reach high local organic as well but I cant wait a long period before seeing decent traffic and leads

Surely you can find long tails that are overlooked. I do not know your niche, but getting conversions from social media for local companies is really tough, especially service companies, (product sales is different, but still).

And if the top results are not local businesses, the local algo will level the playing field substantially. It is often quite easy for a local business to outrank a national or global player. That is why the local algorithm was created.

Have you tried local media buys? I would think that would be a much better ROI than social. Unless you are in a major metropolitan area.

It is a service product we are selling. I am in direct sales and looking to build relations with business partners, associations, and other targeted campaigns. Also looking to use social media for affiliate marketing campaigns focused on personal connections to be the factor to gain interest.
I need the website to be targeted on what we can offer being face to face with the clients. Whereas online and other channels are impersonal, have no interest in the client and after the sale are never there for assist with issues, upgrade, cancelation etc.

i have minor experience with HTML, marketing, SEO, affiliate marketing and other sales offline and online. I would build it myself but my time is short. Ideally looking for someone who understands focused marketing on what consumers desire that corporations can't offer and have lost touch with.
