Looking for web developers who would be interested in only conducting job interviews.
I'm running a staffing agency, where we have asian clients (web developers) that have secured a remote job, but next step is to have an interview with the company, problem is that they have bad spoken english. There for would be experienced web developers needed to do the interviews. No other data needed, only video interviews.
Payment would be 10-15% from the salary, when the worker has started working. Mostly depends on the interview, of how successful it will went. Worker's salary is 7'000- 10'000$. Statistically from past experience 5-15 interviews can land a successful job.
