I am looking to do a new website featuring Justin Bieber vids

I would like to know if someone can selectively post comments with my website link
on OTHER Justin Bieber videos?

Lets say 1000 posts.. what are we looking at $$ wise.

Kojakfull has a bot that you can post comments with you can find that in the marketplace.

Do you need custom-written YouTube comments that really make sense or you just need those stereotypical type of comments/posts that do nothing but praise the video like God (e.g. "Great video! Keep it up! *roll eyes*)?
