Hello I am looking for someone highly skilled in ranking and targeting on youtube to grow my legitimate account for my band. Our goal is to get about 100,000 new viewers for every song we post. Please no fake stuff, I will know if there is lack of engagement in comments or likes section. We have our targets set. Looking to hire someone on a monthly basis. Will be uploading 4-8 videos per month of high quality original musical content.

I think youtube ads will help
 
What kind of terms are you looking to rank for? In my experience you’re better off having your songs featured in playlists or mixes on channels that are specific to your genre/style.
 
If you are promoting your band, I wouldnt advise any blackhat methods. Run ads. Much better retention especially if you got good music.
 
You can use ads, it is whitehat and safe for your channel but Youtube ranking is kinda different stuff.
