auto backlink is the against of organic seo it is known as a spam for google bot so it is better to make distance from this type of tool and go with manual submission.

well im not an expert but in my opinioin if u have to rank organically you have to get some backlinks.Now there are few options to effectively backlink to your site
1. Mannual web 2.0
These type of links are very useful to you.But if you think of just creating some some web 2.0 only then that will not do you any good.Make a good web 2 like your money site and buiild all your risk high value links to this.
2. PBN
A good PBN always works. But always be careful to choose them wisely.the risk free way was to build your PBN links to the mannually created 10-15 web 2 .This will make your money site safe.
3. Sape links
Dont under estimate the power of sape links.Good sape links always works wonders.i hada site with a great money keyword which ranks with power of sape links but eventually get panalised.Again the key is to always create a buffer site like web 2.0
In conclusion
create 10-15 mannuall web 2.0 of great quality and then give these buffer sites the power with PBNs and SApe or what ever.It will be hard work but its the shortest path to Rank.
