efforts will not be wasted from anyone just like that , the credit you will receive would be the first requirement to get paid, then your referrals will have to complete their offer to get a credit and this is when the company send to you 20$ .
I would not get paid only if someone's IP address is not from USA ,UK or CA or the information is fake . This happened to me , as shown on the third picture , but i take it as a lesson to gain more knowledge in this program.
