Looking for software to post to multiple groups (that I don't own)

Hi,

I'm looking for something very simple. I want to post on multiple facebook groups (NOT pages) that I've joined by just clicking a button. I need to manually add the groups to a list and just click post and have my link to my website and description about it posted to multiple groups without needing to copy/paste manually with 50 tabs open.

I am currently broke, is there any service that is free?

A BHW member shared a free tool last week that does exactly what you need but it's still in beta. I tried the mass liking feature and it worked as described.
