Looking for social platform cms

Hi, I am looking for a cms that will do this:
- all images embed from other social media platform
- under images will likes or stars / votes...
- connecting via facebook or gmail
The artist should verified profile and waiting for aproval from admin end.
Normaly users should browse and vote, or comments, idk yet....

I want this platform to be about voting and featuring other photos like art e.t.c. Also i want to be something like: Top rated artist in this, month...
So i need you guidance, is there already made this such platform ?

Maybe buying something like a extensive 9gag like theme from themeforest will do the trick..

As bitter as these words taste in my mouth as I'm spitting them out, it's true: Wordpress can do all of those things - just add buddypress and bbpress, along with the plugins for the features you want to add...most (if not all of what you mentioned) can be found for free

On the other hand, if you are a non-conformist (like myself) prefer to avoid WP whenever possible Dolphin can do all that too...

and if you have some $ to put into it, Expression engine or nationbuilder....if ning still exists I hear that was good for it too
