Looking for Sick Web Programmer (Drupal Knowledge Required)

Have an immediate job for a timed calendar that starts at day 1 following registration, unlocks next day as per users time zone, all days following current day are marked as locked while current and previous days are clickable leading each to a subpage.

The site is built with Drupal.

I prefer to only use javascript and php for functionality. Don't want to add a bunch of modules.

Can just be something injected into the site not within the Drupal framework.

Turnaround time is 5 days.
