I currently have a small business that consists of a programmer, 1 support person and a sales/marketing person. In the past we had content writers, seo masters, graphic designers etc on staff. Overhead was high but things were running since we had a lot of organic traffic. We had sites in many different niches all of them got penalized by google over time. We tried for sometime to fix the sites but no luck. After that we decided to downsize and just do programming work while we tried to outsource seo to several places, most seem to have used spammy links and nothing ever ranked past the 3rd page. After finding this forum I see there are a lot of skilled seo masters in here. I am looking for someone to help build out new sites and get them ranked. I can provide programming but that's about it.
