I am looking for SEO or an content writer who can maintain of my article website, blog website and a forum. Basically the job is to post articles of any topic in respective category.

I am looking at least 20 new posts in each category. I would like to know how much will it cost also how soon you can complete.
I want the person to us proxy website when posting or creating accounts.

May I ask why a proxy is needed for the purpose of posting the articles into your website?
Are you looking for an article writer or a forum poster? I believe forum posting is the one that needs proxy.

Please clarify.
