Looking for SEO Expert (Troubleshooting)

I am looking for any SEO expert who has experience with the Google Index problem. Below are the error codes in short.

site:domain.com - When I perform this search there are only 3 pages shown in the Google Index but when I search for the posts individually all of them are indexed.
site:domain.com/post-name/ - When I perform this search the post is indexed
inspect url - When I inspect the urls via the webmaster tools all of them are shown as indexed but not submitted in sitemap.
/sitemap_index.xml - This is the format of the sitemap. I have more than 165 urls submitted and no errors shown.
performance- the website is one year old and it is doing good on the other search engines but not on Google. I get like 3 clicks a day.

Please apply if you have experience with this before. I am ready to give as much details as possible but I want to keep my website private.

site:domain.com - Check if There is show similar search option at the utmost end. However it won't show all the links that are indexed. Similarly site:blackhatworld.com/ don't show millions of pages indexed of the website.

performance - Optimize your website for the keywords that you are getting traffic from other search engines.
