Looking for PR in Italy

Hi, i have a website that i want to rank a little to start with in Italy.

Any suggestion please?

I am looking for quick solutions PR links is ok, but must be in italy...

There are not a lot of High Quality Media in Italy. It is a real thing to put them all in the list.
The cheapest way will be to find Editors of each Italian website , blog, Media and contact to him directly. It takes a lot of time.. but gives you a great result as well.
Also you could find some person here who is able to negotiate from your face (probably such persons had established the contacts already so you'll safe your time).
For i.e. I could provide you a few of Italian Media with DA, PA >40 (I've got the same account on Skype, so you'll easily find me there).
