We run a smart online business in europe but get limited trough our payment processors.

We look for one that mainly accepts credit cards, but ideal would be also fine.

Our problem is, that all known processor have a payout shedule of 1 week and more, thats a big problem for us, cause we have a small profit range and the timespan between buying and arriving is rarely over 24h, but we have to refinance the rest timespan.

Stripe was our worst experience, we had a 3 months money freeze after 1 week and quit our plan, after they hold up 200.000$ of us.
Our weekly turnover in credit card is more than 100.000$, we would accept a higher fee (always cheaper than the running credits cause of shedule) or a partly holdin of some percents, that is all not a problem.
3d secure would be also fine to prevent fraud.

Why did Stripe have an issue with you?

Officially cause we sell software (navigation software for boats) among other things.

But i think its cause we had high turnover from beggining or cause of "high" refunds (around 2%) cause we sell also clothing and offer a 90 days return.

That is really strange. Stripe is by far the best based on my experience... Is there a way you can work it out with them? Did you have a high charge back rate? 2% refund is nothing I run my online business with like 10% refunds and stripe is more than fine with it, though I don't have anything like your turnover.

2% of refund is low, a high amount is usually 15%-20% for instance.
Stripe is not flexible for the payouts, I am not even surprised.

Do you currently process 100K$ per week or you stopped? if yes, I do not understand why you cannot find any PSP willing to pay you at least twice per week (and I say AT LEAST)
In which country are you based? I could help you to find a solid psp if needed

Stripe is one of the best out there.
We also use Worldpay for card payments. They pay out quick.

It's very strange that you had problems with Stripe, they a good option for larger businesses, as it offers more customization and additional features.

Yes i do, a bit higher at the moment, but we dont grow as fast we could, with the right service.

Have to say 2% Chargeback, Refund is about 10% (8% of refund accomplished by us, 2% by users which think, they can do a chargeback in the moment they send back).

I have two companies registered, in germany and the netherlands, cause of two logistic locations (and tax) and i ship to near all european countries + swiss (and GB after brexit).

Could you tell me how fast is "quick"?

And how long will setup take?

Not to forget my experience with adyen: asked for documents in regstration and let me wait then 2 weeks. After that time they asked for additional documents (which they already had) and i had to wait again weeks - at that point i finished my try with them.
