Looking for off-shore hosting NO rules

I am looking for a hosting provider (and preferably domain register too) to host a website that sells pharmacy products and a website that sells research chemicals.

Lots of off-shore / anonymous providers but in their ToS they state that they do not accept any illegal content.

Anybody tips? Has to be a .com .store or .nl domain

Actually about the offshore hosting and server that cant be an issue, as Bulgaria, Netherlands and Switzerland all have open content and freedom of speech policies, so a server hosted there can be fine for your content, though about the domains like .com .net etc they are regulated by ICANN and are very prone to the abuse complaints directly to them, so you should look for a good privacy enabled domain name registrar, as you might find some in offshore locations (not the .com etc, can be with other extensions).
