Looking for mobile cpa network that accepts instagram and has iphone 6 offers?

I am trying to get a list together of mobile cpa networks that accept instagram traffic and has iphone 6 and related offers. I know of maxbounty but I am not sure if they accept instagram traffic? Just give me some suggestions, thanks!

A lot of CPA networks offer mobile ads - try Neverblue, Maxbounty, and Peerfly

F5 has an iPhone 6 offer that has been blowing up - hit them up to see about the traffic though. It's usually more advertiser dependent than CPA network for what traffic is allowed. If some shady network is letting you run all kinds of traffic on offers that other networks won't it's only going to be a matter of time before they stop paying because the advertiser is going to cut them off.
