Hello everyone! Im looking for a youtube safe views provider with targeted views from latin countries (chile, mexico, colombia, etc)

I already did, cant write u back tho im a newbie :) thanks a lot. I placed an order yesterdat as a trial, but... couldnt really specify where i wanted my views from. Didnt know how to.
 
So i tried the service and it was great, good retention but not latino views at all... not sure how can i ask the service to locate the views to latino countries... I sent an e mail but no answer at all
