Refund Rates 4% GEO US CA They all purchase 1-year or 2-year plans, and many of them recommend friends.

Refunds is you are giving the money without a dispute from the bank

My dispute is that I delayed shipping. Currently there are only 2 customer disputes.

The refund was because they were not satisfied and I took the initiative to refund them.

But again, it's very important to understand the difference between Chargeback and Dispute.
Did you got a Dispute from the Payment Solution itself or you talked directly with the Client and solved it by yourself?

Big difference between the two.

I understand what you mean. The dispute rate is only 1%. They will contact me to talk. If I am not satisfied and cannot resolve it, I will refund them.
