Looking for instagram Username service

I have tried this before but haven't been able to find someone trustworthy. I have reached out to several people promising quality service in the Social Media Marketplace and haven't had any luck.
I need a username that appears to be an unused account. Username is 11 characters and not really a common phrase. Please let me know if you have experience in this. Thank you
