Looking for Instagram comment likes and Youtube comment likes

Hey folks,

So I've been dabbling around with random SMM panels and I'm look for a proper panel that can actually fulfill both IG likes and YT likes on COMMENTS specifically.
None of the SMM panels I've been using fulfill that role. It shows complete but in reality, the comments are still at 0 likes. Currently, on web I click on the comment's time stamp which gives me the comment link and I use that to fulfill the orders. Am I doing all this wrong? Thanks.
