Hello!
I know it is a bit odd to ask this, considering it is the end of the year 2015... But I am looking for a bot/software that would allow me to send a message to multiple ICQ contacts.

I was hoping to find something that is already developed. After all ICQ has been around for decades, there should be plenty of tools by now
