Looking for help making a membership type website

I need help making a membership type website. So I need a site where a visitor can create an account (which is free) and then have their own little page that lists their sales and products and stuff. Each member can upload products to their little storefront where anyone can buy them.
That is a very basic description of the type of work I am expecting. PM for me details if you think you can help me. I'm willing to pay for some help on this project and always willing for some advice...
