Looking for french private proxies

Hey,

I'm looking for elite, private proxies (i.e. IP-static proxies for at *least* 1 month) located in *France*. I want to use them *simultaneously* if possible, to connect bots to facebook (so HTTPS), while keeping my IP private (from FB).

I did not find proxies with all these requirements on this forum (or elsewhere on the web).
Could you help me, please ?

I'm looking for proxies that :
- are located in France
- have a static IP, just for me
- allow simultaneous connections (both the use of several proxies at the same time & several clients on the same proxy)
- allows HTTPS trafic (for FB)
- don't leak my IP to FB

PS: For now, I only need a few a few proxies to test them, but I may want up to 200-300 proxies if all goes well !
