Looking for feedback - Toll-Free Calling to the US

Hi all,
I am based outside the US and there are times that I wish I could call a toll-free number in the US. However, either I can only make an international call. I was wondering if there's any easy way of calling a US toll-free number (maybe free or for a fee?). Would there be a market for it? Would people pay for it?

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I was thinking something really easy like landing on a page, dialing the number (no need to download app/signup) and allow 60 minutes of calling for $1 or $2.
