Not sure if this is possible but I'm looking for someone who can scrape emails of registered users from an auction website (not ebay). The website is https so I'm wondering if this is possible within any legal parameters. If anyone can do this, or even if this can't be done (legally) please let me know. Thank you!

Scraping is usually illegal, wherever it's http or https. Check the websites TOS for more information.
Https is just http secured, that's all. Has nothing to do with scraping.

If you want to scrape publicly visible information, it's fine but if you want to hack into their database to find out the registered emails, that's illegal and difficult too.
