looking for DMCA cloud server

i wasted 4 days on trying to find this configuration i talk to maybe 30 companies each one dont have something else i will be glad if someone can help me to find this configuration (exactly):

1. dmca ignored
2. vps (i dont need too much because it is only for PBN with small sites without too much traffic
3. linux centos
4. ability to add c-class ip! (mean to assign each site to different location / c-class ip) - also called "seo hosting"
5. ability to host adult content (not something illegal!)
6. some dashboard like: directadmin (the chipset as possible or free)

another solution i need is cdn that is DMCA with good price

You can find a lots of offshore hosting providers in marketplace or other thread in this forum. Just avoid Russia, Ukraine, Iceland and any other asian location. Storing porn is illegal in there.

In addition, I recommend DDOS-Guard cdn service. They are Russian based company and accept bitcoin. Better than cloudflare, to avoid DMCA complaint.

@davidb2 you need to realize that any mainstream web hosting provider who sees your incoming request that to them it screams spam/abuse. Good luck on your search. Unfortunately, I don't have any recommendations but I wouldn't look at your search as a waste of time. Where there's a will there's a way my friend.
