PPC ads pay more money than that. If you buy cheap traffic, then it won't convert. You should find a project with better ROI.
 
cheap traffic with good quality does not exist
 
you won't get non bundle installs for a price that low.
 
I am looking for a single Installs broker to sell all our traffic to. In this role you can resell the loads to publicly known pay-per-install programs, that's no problem, but EU & US loads are (very) rare. @exerev You can't sell unless you become a Jr. VIP - and even then only solicit your services if posted on your own sales thread or in the WTB or HAF forum.
