looking for blogspot mass creator bot

here is what I need: the bot will create an x number of accounts daily (blogger) for every Gmail account, it will create around 90 Blogspot with the ability to choose custom theme and title, URL address from a custom txt file(contain keywords), if it fails to register the specific URL will try another. then it will switch to another Gmail with a new chrome profile and proxy switcher Extention or random proxy, every blog will have a unique title and URL address.
