What kind of applications do you Reverse Engineer?

Do you mean things like Cracking PHP scripts /PHP Plugins to remove their license?
Or cracking already compiled software
Or maybe Reverse Engineering firmware?

I have always been so interested in Reverse Engineering compiled software but have 0 experience in it.
