any SEO done before on the website ? can u share the URL of the site for which the SEO needs to be done .

If you are looking for long term aspect and get the site ranked on google 1st and 2nd page for the relevant keywords, min time frame should be 4-5 months . SEO is not short term ball game for sure ..

Your need is very vague, what type of website and seo are you needing? Are you running a porn site? Viagra? Gambling? I'm very good at doing both but I need you to make a little more effort and share some details please, thank you.
