Looking for an article writer and PR

I'm looking for a article writer (fluent English) with experience of writing and posting to quora and similar high-authority sites.

You should be able to show me:
- previous experience posting valued answers on quora (and other simlilar platforms);
- previous experience working with multiple accounts/profiles;
- abilities to make a research to find subjects related;
- a few samples of articles you posted on quora with at least 1K views.

It's a long term job and I'll be paying on per article basis (assuming your article/answer sticks for 2+ weeks).

I would also be interested in Social Signals and votes to increase visibility of those answers once posted.
