No, last week FB had a bug where when you log in to your FB account on a new device, it would show a strange email, not your backup email, which prevented you from unlocking the checkpoint. If you have a cookie, remember to use it when logging in on a new device. As for logging in with your phone, we don't use phones to log in so I don't have any information about that
