Looking for active partner in 15k visitors per month website

Hi, I'm looking for an active partner in growing a website that I have.
We're getting around 500-900 visitors per day.
Industry: Education + Jobs

The reason for looking for a partner is I don't have time to manage it and I believe the website has much more earning potential.

Current revenue now is less than $500 which is crap for a website that brings in 15,000 visitors per month in the education and job niche. Even an entertainment news website makes more than that.
