As a master practitioner who trained with both John Grinder and Richard Bandler personally I feel I have to answer to your post.
Do you look for somebody to write ABOUT NLP, or somebody who will "smuggle in" some embedded commands, as you seem to indicate?
The thing with embedded commands is, they need to work on a subconscious level, and that's hard to achieve in writing.
When we verbally deliver embedded commands we use certain forms of marking, like gestures, change of voice tone and loudness, that are designed NOT to be consciously perceived.
In writing you can't do that, because everybody has their own speed and rhythm of reading, and their "inner reading voice".
And if you, say, make some words stand out in bold, or different font size or colour, the reader will become aware of what you're trying to do, and the effect will be even negative.
But again, if you want someone to write ABOUT it, I could be your man.
Good luck with your endeavours, either way
