To specify, I do not need graphic design, I can do that myself.
I have a website that is barebones right now and I don't know enough about codes & HTML ect.. to be able to know what I need to change to be able to insert ___ where I want it to go.
This should be a very simple job for someone who even as the slightest experience in web design.
I tell you what I want the site to look like, and you rearrange and add in the graphics that I want where I need them to go. I can make gifs & all that for the moving parts, but if I need a still image to, for example, have a moving 'floating' effect, that needs to be something you're capable of doing. Also just small quality of life details such as buttons doing certain effects when the mouse hovers over it ect, just to make the site look cleaner.
The most difficult part of this entire process would mainly just be the "a little to the left, wait more to the right, no back to the left more" part. Should be a pretty easy piece of cake.
I would show example sites vs my current site, but I cant post links yet. Just imagine my site as a barebones SMM Panel that wants to turn into a modernly designed mainstream follower buying site.
The site has a built in "edit" mode for the appearance, so it should be easy enough for you(however I do not know its limitations, if there are any). I'd do it myself if it was visually editing & not editing via HTML.
